Once the product has been received by the Creator, you can expect the content within five to ten days. The entire service end to end is approximately four weeks, pending your responsiveness.

Our Creators are different to Influencers in that they may not necessarily have a following or do ambassador work. They supply the content only and are not obligated to promote products across their own platforms.

Our retainer packages are offered as a minimum 3-month commitment. We also have our one off packages available. Billing occurs monthly with 14 day payment terms.

Yes, you have licensing for 12 months. This means you have the right to use the content across your socials and paid advertising for up to 12 months. After 12 months, the content should be retired from use. Should you wish to continue using the content for a specific purpose, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Yes, we allow for one round of feedback to be passed on to your Creator/s. Any further changes will result in an additional charge.

Yes! We provide a deck of carefully curated Creator options, from which we will ask you to rank from most to least preferred. We will then do our utmost to confirm the Creator/s you have put as your first preference/s, the number of which is determined depending on your package.

Great question! The Social CliQ is a tailored services provider that works with you to calculate your KPIs to then budget, tailor and execute a strategy accordingly. The Social CliQ is holistic in its approach, whereas The Content CliQ is a purely transactional service.
